SPRING 2022 420 Sailing

420 Class Instruction

Spring early registration is open now!

Sailing begins April 2nd and runs for 8 weeks

Tuition: 420 sailing runs in Seasonal sessions throughout the year. The tuition covers all 8 weeks of the Sailing Session and is for the individual. Tuition does not include travel or regatta registration fees.

Teams: Tuition is individual, but you do need a sailing partner. 420 is a team sailing event.

** note from Meg: I originally set this up to be a double tuition so it was for the team to share, but that seems to have been rather silly. As of August 15th 7:34am I change that so you just pay for yourself. You guys can self-manage teaming up and each person within the team registering for sailing. Cheers!

Juniors

• Member Tuition is $60 per 8 week session per junior team
• Non-Member Tuition is $100 per 8 week sailing per junior team

Adults

• 420 Sailing is good fun for adults. Team up, learn to sail, have fun, and stay in shape!

Member Sailing: Remember that members can use the equipment and boats anytime that they are not being used in a sailing class or at regatta. So, if you are checked out and approved on the 420 Class boat, and your membership is active, you can just come sailing and do not need to be registered in a class to do so. Taking this sailing class is a great way to get “approved” to use the equipment and to learn how to enjoy sailing the 420.
