Preferencial Introductory Membership
As a young Organization offering a new program, we are going to test the waters initially by offering a limited number of memberships. Because it is designed for you to offer your guests, access is limited to a total of 300 Homeowners exclusively on Hatteras Island so we can gauge how much it gets utilized.

There benefits package is long, so to focus on key points its important to understand that most visitors are unfamiliar with Hatteras waters and that while the boating, fishing, sailing and diving grounds are astounding, they are also not without greater risk of navigational or meteorological challenges than the typical boating venues. So we have custom taylored our services to meet the local challenges so it can be something accessible to all.

Membership Cost
Membership is limited and on a first come first serve basis. As an additional incentive the introductory members will get a price hold for 2 years with no increases. This is a limited offer to see how much our facility can handle at first and how we might improve it for increased usage. Membership cost is likley to increase as we get things ironed out over the first year. Payment is only accepted by automatic debit monthly from a debit card, bank account or credit card. There is a one time initiation fee of $50 and the monthly billing amount is based on the amount of bedrooms in your rental property at $42 per month base rate plus $5 per month for each bedroom in your rental property over 6 (ex: 7 bedroom would be $49 per month). We anticipate that bigger and more expensive rental properties will tax the Organization more than smaller homes. Further terms and conditions are available upon request.
Recognition as a “Cape Select” Member Property
Cape Select Property Members should be sure that your membership Icon is on your marketing material and that a Members Package is kept at the Property for your guests to understand the Member Benefits, Responsibilities, Limitations, and Code of Conduct.
