Details: The Sabre 42 has 2 private cabins and 2 heads. The main salon has another double and single bunk. This course is great for two couples or a family over a long weekend. You will liveaboard the boat during the course. If you are ready to move up to a larger boat, do some adventure sailing, and coastal cruising this is the perfect course for you. We learn by doing and take a 5-Day cruise from Cape Hatteras through the Pamlico Sound to Beaufort and possibly to Oriental. One of the first tasks we do as a crew is work out our float plan together based on the current conditions. If you are interested in buying a liveaboard boat and sailing away, this is a great first step. Get a taste of the cruising life while you begin learning the key skills you need to be safe cruising without a captain or instructor.
