Hatteras Sailing Locals Only Membership is for local working class families. Applicants have to be refered by a Board Member to be eligible and must be willing to help the club occaisionally at events and over the off season, to get ready for the next season’s activities. Locals Only Memberships are highly discounted just so that local hard working familes can have access to first class sailing and boating education programs.
