2023 Wind n’ Waves Regatta Boat Builder’s Challenge
In Fall 2022, we did a trial run of the home made boat building challenge. The kids who participated really enjoyed the challenge and had so much fun with the racing and awards. Back by absolute demand…my kids are almost more excited about this than the actual regatta. They had the most fun last fall ,and we are all looking forward to even more fierce competition this spring!
Boat Builders: Remember to start early, iterate your previous designs, test, test, and more test. If you didn’t participate last season, the challenge is to design, build, and race your own boat. So much fun. You do not have to be a sailor to participate. All are welcome to join in the fun!
